1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website of Startup Grow India or engaging our AI automation and software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of Services
Startup Grow India provides custom software engineering, AI chatbots, n8n workflow integrations, telephony voice agent configurations, and digital consulting. Specific project timelines, deliverables, fees, and acceptance criteria are formalized in individual statements of work (SOW) or project proposals.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, upon final project milestone payment, client receives full commercial rights to custom software code, customized n8n workflow JSON configurations, and tailored bot prompts authored explicitly for the client's business.
4. Third-Party APIs and Cloud Providers
Certain services depend on third-party APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Anthropic, Twilio, Google Cloud). Clients are responsible for maintaining valid billing accounts with these providers. Startup Grow India is not liable for upstream service outages, API rate limit changes, or policy updates enforced by third-party platforms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Startup Grow India strives for maximum code quality, reliability, and security. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Startup Grow India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party API deprecations.
